These are François Pugibet’s “signature” cuvées, made from the best terroirs of the estate, some of which are matured for a year in demi-muid (traditional 600-litre barrels). Bottles that have enabled Domaine La Colombette to reach such heights as the title of Best Chardonnay in the World in 1995.
